Thalvern Business Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst to map, analyse and improve client processes. Reporting to Cameron Okafor, you will run workshops, document requirements and help clients put better ways of working into practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Run interviews and workshops to understand client processes
• Create current and future-state process maps
• Write clear business requirements and user stories
• Analyse data to identify delays, errors and rework
• Support automation projects and user acceptance testing
• Prepare recommendations and present them to client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst, process analyst or in a similar role
• Strong process mapping skills using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools
• Experience writing requirements and supporting system implementations
• Confident with Excel and data analysis
• Clear communication in English; Spanish is a strong plus
• Able to work from our Miami office on a hybrid schedule
